One-stop government office, office of records and registration – the first office for government issued documents providing integrated services is now open

Records and registration affairs administered include:

  • application for issuance, renewal or replacement of identity card,
  • registration of setting up or cessation of sole proprietorship,
  • application for passport,
  • application for issuance, renewal or replacement of driving licence,
  • application for issuance, renewal or replacement of vehicle registration card,
  • application for issuance, renewal or replacement of logbook,
  • application for renewal or replacement of license plate and registration sticker

Forms to be submitted for the purpose of being forwarded, such as:

  • application for social security identification card
  • application for issuance of EU Card
  • application for old-age pension
  • application for child benefit and maternity allowance
  • application for child care fee (Hungarian abbreviation: GYED), child care allowance (GYES), pregnancy and childbed allowance (TGYÁS)
  • submission of citizenship-related applications

Moreover, as in every integrated customer service in the country, our colleagues at the government office of District XII provide information on most of the state administrative affairs and, if necessary, provide assistance throughout the administrative process.
